Dustin has worked in the industry ever since graduating from BGSU with a major in Theatre: Design and Production. He has worked as the House Electrician and the Technical Coordinator for The Marathon Center for the Performing Arts. He has also work with Norwegian Cruise Lines as a Lighting Technician and has served as the Resident Lighting Designer and Technical Director for the University of Findlay. While Dustin focuses mostly on lighting and technical direction he also has experience with sound, scenic construction, and stage management.
When not working on productions he serves as the assistant camp director and head of technical theatre for Ballibay Camps, a performing arts camp in Northeast Pennsylvania.
